Manual Gearbox when lights on

Good morning everyone, I have a problem on my Sport l320 range rover 2.7 2006, when I turn on the lights, the stops are always on and the gearbox only works in sequential mode. Can you help me? Thank you. No light on. I hear when I turn on the lights a click from the gearbox.
