Eas compressor runs too much

Hi, I’ve noticed that my eas compressor has a run cycle of about 30 seconds on and only 10 seconds off continuously even when at full standard height and the car is stationary.
‘it’s got new airbags, new compressor, rebuilt valve block, no obvious air leaks and I’ve changed the pressure switch for a different one.
any ideas before I waste any more of my life changing things that make no difference.
