Does the OBDII read miles or kilometers from the on-board computer when a Vehicle Health Report is requested? I am in the US and the 2020 Range Rover Autobiography was shipped and sold in CA. There’s been only one owner prior to myself. I’m getting a reading on the report that demonstrates “ODOMETER 65k” +/- from the on-board computer via my OBDII reader, the odometer on the dashboard demonstrates “40k+/- MILES”. Being the vehicle was manufactured and shipped from Europe, is the on-board computer operating in metric units and only converting to the US Imperial units of measurement? Or does it point to a different issue, odometer rollback?
